Going back now would mean he'd be firmly in the driving seat knowing full well that we're desperate. He'd dictate everything and would blag a far longer contract that we would have originally offered. He would be making all sorts of demands: his own staff, a three year contract and unlimited Oxo cubes. But if we want to stay in the league, he might be the only option left. Either way, it's awful and I can't believe we are here.

I really do hate you, Everton.

For me it was yes 5 weeks ago and it will be yes until we get out of this mess. He is the man who has experience at sorting out the team defensively. He has proven this time and time again. We are a complete and utter shambles defensively so im forgetting about what he stands for. I think we are in a wieful situation and need him. I dont care of what it says about our club. Id have him for 2 years to sort us out. Going down for the next 20 years is possible. Nobody can say he has not saved other teams in desperate situations.
