I used to smoke 2 packs a day. I quit over 20 years ago. Strangely it doesn't bother me when others smoke around me (most ex-smokers become evangelical, I just don't care about others smoking).

really horrible habit- I hate it. My mum used to smoke and she now has to have an oxygen mask and tank if she wants to go anywhere- The best anti smoking advert going.

Don't kid yourself, you can't force anybody to quit smoking. You can harass them as much as you want, but if someone doesn't want to quit they wont, it's that simple.
