To be fair, Everton took a chance. What they paid upfront was probably about fair...Sligo needed to insist on major add ons really, given the money involved in the EPL.

About time Trappatoni!

He was head and shoulders above most/all of the other U21s, so it's about time really, I think.

Think he's got a good chance of breaking through as well. Ireland aren't blessed with top notch defenders -- Dunne aside. Certainly not blessed with attacking fullbacks anyway.
