Would love to see him there. Just to far of a drive from Germany to get there. I seen him in Kaiserslaturen awhile back . He is a great guy

I love to watch LD play, BUT, I am not going to watch him play for the Galaxy and I never did. I will watch him play for the USMNT and that is all. AND BTW, I will continue to follow your team. I do not want to sound sappy, BUT, it is a lot lot better than the Galaxy with or without LD. Of course, I'd rather follow him at Everton, as with about 99% of the US posters on this board and others.
I hate to say this, but I am not going to spend my time watching a crap league, (and I am saying that partially because I live in Florida and have no ties to LA). Other than Beckham I have no clue what players even suit up for the Galaxy!
I have gotten to know your players, and I hope that LD comes back, but, I will follow your team. I now know them MUCH better than the Galaxy. I have started to care about your team, and I want them to do well. I have started to get to know your players like you do, maybe not so well, but much better than the Galaxy players. I used to to follow soccer, but now I will follow English football with Everton.
Would be curious to get Evertonians reaction to this comment.
To what part of it...
USA soccer fan who is not willing to watch MLS because the standard is beneath his tastes.

It's good and bad...good that he's demanding more quality out of the league but bad in that the quality will never get there without supporters.
Please don't call our league crappy when you admit you know nothing about it or the players. If it was as bad as you think then Donovan wouldn't have fit into Everton as quickly as he did. If it is as bad as you think Beckham would have been the best player in the league but he couldn't even be the best player on the team.I love to watch LD play, BUT, I am not going to watch him play for the Galaxy and I never did. I think the most disappointing thing about this post is that the person doesn't realize that MLS contributes to players who go overseas... Jozy Altidore, Landon Donovan, and Clint Dempsey have all played in MLS before moving over the pond to play.
Players like Fredy Montero for the Sounders and Alex Nimo of Real Salt Lake are a few who come to mind who won't be in MLS much longer before they try their trade in the higher levels soon. So to say it's a 'crap' league is far from the truth.
