I thought an 8 was excessive, but he was lively in his limited opportunities. I'd say a 6-7 is fair.

A bit harsh if you ask me as you don't bring the ball down in your own box and try to dribble out of danger, especially against Arsenal.

If that's the case I'd have to disagree with him.
 
Sky's ratings were too high across the board though, a 7 for Distin, a 5 for Pienaar, 7 for Neville, Baines, and 6 for Saha? Really?

Donovan and Yak provided the only two dangerous moments in the second half but no one was really good today.
 
It looks like they are giving Liverpool credit for shutting us down, rather than us playing bad. I would say it's a little of both.

Liverpool was way more active than we were and there defense was spot on today.

Heard the announcer Burley today politicing for Fellaini a red and couldn't stop talking about it for a good 15 minutes. That's what is going on fighting a uphill battle just for repsect.
 

I agree with you guys about the announcer.

IMO The players almost seemed to force the refs to make a difference in the game.
 
Donovan was good today, the only one willing to run and beat players and made some good crosses. Wasnt scared.

Needs to be bought.

I agree he was good, not great, but he did more than anyone else out on the pitch.

Donovan needs to be in the EPL, I just feel Everton needs to use him better.
