Sir Landon Of Donovan

his tweet can also be interpreted as throwing us a bone prior to saying no. Meaning ... "don't worry, I am, and will always be a Toffee ... even if I don't come back. I need not come back to be a Toffee, I already am one, and will always be one.

I can tell you that he would have more weight on his shoulders this go around. The club was more stocked with playmakers last go around. He was able to just have a go and play without much pressure. This time, he will be looked upon as the savior who will generate offense when there otherwise is none. Whether he wants this pressure, who knows?

3m is a complete joke amount.

And not unlike the clowns running Our Club to pay it.

Unreal.

It cost 3 million. We did not pay 3 million. Most was paid for by Sponsors, I think Gatorade threw in a lot of cash. Kay knows more.... We did not pay 3 mill not even close.

Here's a theory.

Is there a chance that he could come and give us the lift to push us up to say 7th or 8th, would that extra prize money pay for his loan?

Just a theory?

As I have said in another thread we need 3 players in Jan.

I think if Billy goes moyes will have 15M to spend.
My tip was...

Vossen or simular type striker around 6/7M
Lewis holtby (7M buy out clause I think)
And either Donovan or pienaar on loan. (Don't think we would get both on loan)

Part of my plan may be complete! Hahaha

Yeah. We are a greatly different team to just 2 years ago when he was here before, both in terms on personel changes and managerial stylings, plus he is 2 years older.

Will be a lot different so people expecting a repeat of 2010 may well be dissapointed.

He's still a good player and i wouldn't be against him coming back but i really can't see us improving much at all if he does cause he can't do it on his own.

To the people suggesting he isn't any good.

He is better than our current options of

Osman
Coleman on the wing
Neville in mf
Cahill( currently )

He will pay a major part in attracting any investment and shirt sales as well, he loves the club and he fans love him.
It's a no brainer.
