Still waiting on the Bunnahabhain 12 to reappear. Very curious.

Was available up until Christmas. Just waiting for it to be restocked. I gave a cousin a gift card on New Years Day for him to buy it for us to drink...and it became unavailable the same day.
They should restock. No rush with it being Summer.

Putting an ice cube into an $140 Oban Distillers edition was not the brightest thing this camper has ever done.
Never again.
I'm sure how much water to add to the intense hit of the first sip though. A tablespoon seems a lot to me.

I usually put about a TEAspoon in stronger whiskies around 45-55%, anything weaker a couple of drops like groucho said.

Depends on the whisky really. If its new to me I'll start by adding a drop and go from there until I'm happy. You can always put more in but you can't take it out.

Mineral water, too. Not the chlorine tasting crap that passes for tapwater in the south of England.
