One can only assume that the legal complaint was thrown out as the story is still on the interweb and it has no apology attached to it.

Even so, in hope rather than expectation, I've convinced myself we do have money to spend this January. Not a huge amount, but enough to see a couple of shiny new faces in non-ventilated blue shirts.

Can't say I am happy with Martinez' recent comments about him being too scared to sign any new players in case it upsets a few people. What type of fanny comes out with crap like that? He is running a football club, not a youth club!

It's also in complete contrast to what he was saying a week or so ago, when he was talking about wanting to make us stronger.

His recent comments sounds like an excuse to me.
