Your right to and extent mate, but one of the things i admire about Moyes when you look at what he did when he took over and since in the transfer market he turns good players into great players, hes proably one of the best in the P.L. and thats just good coaching cant be underestemated!

I know that mate but theres only so many players he can do that with. We need to raise the bar in terms of our signings now. Someone in the calibre of Lucho Gonzalez from Porto would be the start of something big, i believe.

We always make one big money signing in the summer. For Me, it would have to be Lucho Gonzalez, then i would sniff around the top 3 clubs for there players that aren't needed. I believe you would get Justin Hoyte for around £3m and that would be a great signing for us.

there is no way Arsenal is selling Hoyte, he too big talent, though, i would love to see him in a blue.

think about it mate, he's not that big a talent in there eyes. he said he wanted to leave the other week to further his career and he has Eboue, Sagna & even Toure has been playing there in front of him the last couple of games, so basically he is 4th choice.

Im a huge Lucho fan mate i think his addition would really propelle us, i watched him in the CL this season and was hugely impressed cant beleive one of the big european clubs havnt signed him! Also scored against the [Poor language removed] and was man of the match in that game, hes a class act who needs a bigger stage, would he move to a club without CL football though?

Bill you have had your eye on D'Alessandro for a couple of years now. Who knows maybe Davey visits here and might take you up on him.

I have but it's also entirely possible that his best days are behind him.

I believe he's 27 years old so he's not old but I don't know how much playing time he's getting at Zaragoza.

He may not be what we need on current form but if he's anywhere close to what he used to be back in the day, then I'd say grab him.

I know he's young but Hoyte was cover your eyes awful in the matches he got in this year.

Great player but a slight attitude problem from what I can make out. I'm not sure he wasn't shipped out on loan to River Plate in January.

As for Aimar, also great technically but I think he may be a bit light weight for the prem. Has had a lot of injury problems.

No right backs...

We shouldn't be signing right backs until we've got more than enough midfielders to cover any eventuality. Until that happens, any right back we sign increases the chances of seeing Phil Neville in midfield again.

I agree totally with someone who posted early on the other day. We need a pacy left winger (not a single left footed attacker in the entire squad now) and two more midfielders. Going back to the likely relegated clubs, I'd say Giles Barnes (£3M might be enough if no-one else bids) and Jimmy Bullard (I'm sure £3M would be enough). I'd also love James Harper if Reading managed to go down, he's another Bullard-type box to box all out midfielder.

We also don't need another striker, we need the five we've got to stay fit(including Cahill in that as he generally plays instead of a striker). I'd make an exception for Arshavin though as he'd be an exceptional signing for us.
