One of the problems is that certain other teams change managers like (hygienic) people change socks.
It used to be seen as farcical and out of the ordinary, yet in recent years it has seemingly become part of the norm, and that your club is seen as weak or a strange case if you don't boot your manager out after the first bad run of games.
Everything is driven by Sky hype and a betting industry constantly making massive mountains out of molehills to drive up managerial betting odds, and when fans start to be brainwashed into believing it all, that's when things get sad (and dangerous).
People need to have some perspective and not kneejerk, and if you're not happy, come to terms with the fact that things might and probably will change for the better (eventually).
And without going all arl arse, things have been tons and tons worse than it is right now. This is not a crisis, it's just a bad run of form, with the squad be-set by injuries, suspensions, poor form and low confidence. It's the perfect s*** storm, so to speak.
