If he continues putting points on the board then keep Dunc. We're still only one loss off the relegation zone. Need to beat Arsenal to take the pressure off and we literally have no players. Going by today Dunc is the man to get the most out of this injury depleted Everton. New manager is prob already sorted but I'd hold off on announcing him til after the Xmas period, provided Dunc can keep this up. 7 points from the next 3 would take the pressure right off imo.

Be tempted to bring Moyes in with Dunc as his assistant, purely because I’d hate for it to turn sour and for the big man to get the boot. Let Moyes be the sacrificial lamb to the end of the season, but with Dunc still basically running it.

If we can get a very good manager in though, we should.

Moyes coming back would turn everything sour. Full stop.

Tone to stop drinking.

Bed.

What I like about Dunc is he does it his way,the players must have had a culture shock. Look at all the injuries where they breaking sweat in training under Silva? One things the players are going to have to work very very hard under Dunc and why shouldn’t they they are paid very large wages. Dunc will have no slackers.

I never question the wisdom of the football brains on here, but can’t help thinking that any man who can cobble a side together like that, with 10 injuries, some to really key players & pick a kid to step into holding mid & put in a performance like that is not bad for a bloke only fit to put cones out.

As much as I love the big man it’s still a no from me. I think we should take the big lesson — we need a team that plays with high energy, gets stuck in, and gives everything physically every game — but so far I haven’t seen anything that can last beyond a honeymoon period. We should squeeze every last drop from it, and transition to the new medium term appointment as it comes to an end.

After the last interview today he still doesn't want the job perm or interim. What I love most about the bloke he wants the best for Everton he knows deep down he isn't the man long term or long term interim. He just wants to coach and become a great coach.

Some people don't have that man management in them. Sorry to say I think he is one of those types.

But by god am I enjoying the last two games about bloody time they put a shift in!!

think the club told him to stay quite about it, he and the club do not want media attention / pressure. they will try to convince Carlo the Italian, if not AND results are still good in that period, Dunc will be our manager till May.
