Strange one - liked the sound of him, but as others have stated, if he's not good enough he's not good enough.

Aye, with Neville and Disting having the combined age of 80 and the other parts of the squad needing revamping, I would've hoped we could get some kids through soon in to the back line.

he's apparently excelled for the german national youth teams. Anyone know how the lad's been progressing? Why isn't he being loaned out?

Wonder does mustafi's free transfer to sampdoria mean we have concluded a deal for manolas the greek lad??? Sounds a decent player and probably ahead of mustafi in game time and experience, maybe dier has agreed a full time switch from sporting as well???

He was meant to be one of our more highly rated young CBs, wasn't he? Why would we let him go?

I'd say I have faith in us knowing what young defenders to keep, if not for the fact that both Jags and Baines were released as youngsters!

Maybe he though he deserves a better chance and though it was right for him to move on.

Yeah I reckon that sounds about right. I liked the look of him but he wasnt going to get near our first team any time soon. Maybe we have put a buy back clause in or something?

I think Duffy is quality myself. Would love to see him get a run of games.

I hope this is a loan deal, i've only heard good things about this lads ability

As stated earlier, perm on a free to a Serie B-side. I guess he wasn't that rated.

I love Babelfish.
L' U.C. Sampdoria S.p.a communicates to have acquired a tito it definitive dall' Everton F.C the straight sportswomen of the soccer player Shkodran Mustafi (born to Bad Hersfeld, Germany, the 17 you open them 1992).

The translators you lot are using are useless.

The structure of an Italian sentence is the same as ours, so why it is mixing them up is a bit of a mystery.

We need BlueLass, who incidently PLAYED for Sampdoria.
