Well Myko looked done at end and that was Wednesday evening so very short recovery time.

Fair play to him, would've been easy to cry off today and focus on getting fit for Ukraine-England instead.

Problem is given how little he offers going forward he's basically a non-sub anyway if team are losing the game. I think that's a big issue with lack of subs as many teams like swopping their FBs after an hour-70 minutes and that's simply not credible here. Perhaps a little more when Coleman is fit and Patterson gets benched.
