I was homesick once working away from home. It didn’t stop me doing my job, I’m not making light of somebody’s plight but homesickness that stops you doing the most basic things? It’s like he has fun in the training ground and waits for his crippling homesickness to kick in as he steps foot on the pitch

I do not disagree with you mate...but as i said, my previous insensitivity toward someone suffering it...of which i am not proud...has possibly slanted my critiques toward being a little soft. Age does that to a fella...we mellow out
