DCL is very under rated by people on here. Maybe the reason why is due to him being played as a winger when it is not his natural position.
But, Koeman has a lot of faith in playing him even when he puts him out wide. This shows behind the scenes his aptitude and willingness to become better is what the coaching team like in him.
He needs time and games, maybe not signing that other striker might work out for DCL and us in the longterm.
I always like looking back on a thread on this forum regarding our players in a under 20 tournament for England and the stick Harry Kane got at the time.
I think DCL is a sleeper.
I wish we had a more positive manager who would use talented players like this instead of discarding all the potential magic
