Blackburn are doing well at the moment and I think it would be vindication for Duffy if they got promoted and he then did well at the top level and possibly became a starter for Ireland

It'd be harder for a manager to ignore them if fans were clamouring for them to get their chance

Baines - Mark Ward - Steve Mcmahon anymore????.....the ones that achieve better than Everton's 1st team after they have been released as young pro's are a rarity I would say.
