Well that was straightforward enough.
Filled in the details online with my email address and the code in the email they sent, and it'll be processed in a few weeks.

Just got my email, all seems straight forward to either claim a refund, credit to next season's ticket or charity, you've got to let them know by 4th June

Everton has confirmed all fans with tickets for the Club’s remaining five home Premier League fixtures of the 2019/20 season will be able to claim a refund due to the increasing expectation that - should the remaining games be played - they will take place behind closed doors.

Season Ticket Members are entitled to a credit or refund on a pro-rata basis for the five games and will also be given the option to forgo part or all of their balance in order for the Club to donate that amount in full over to Everton in the Community.

The option for a portion - or all - of the available refund to be made available to Everton in the Community was introduced as a result of requests from fan groups and individual supporters who have been keen to show their appreciation for the Club’s charity.

Thought it was pulling on the heart strings a bit with the "just watch this video before you make a decision tactic..." I didn't watch it. Had already made my decision.

12 June, but season ticket deadline is May 28th, so 12th of june I wont need it then in credit unless they put the deadline back.

Dont get me wrong, its great what they are doing, but those dates dont work out

If your not going to renew, you will take full refund, if you think you MIGHT renew, you would take credit.
