I know the squad is limited regarding technical skills but the inability for majority of them to complete a simple pass is criminal and on the presiding manager, especially when our possession rarely exceeds 30% a game. The accuracy rate is absurd and once again they're not attempting debruyne type precision through balls. Dych had more dismal squads at burnley so the crap players can't the sole reason for the shambolic play

I hate the thought of sacking Sean Dyche and believe he should be given time, but only on the proviso that there are signs of improvement results wise. As it stands right now though, we are going backwards, and that can not be allowed to continue. What we don't want to do is sack Dyche in January then spend two weeks or so scurrying around trying to bring in a replacement. If there hasn't been a significant improvement in our results by the time the West Ham game comes around, then maybe that would be the right time to try and bring in someone else... not sure who that 'someone else' would be though.

Come on Sean, turn things around ffs.

So the manager is responsible for lifelong professional players being able to complete simple passes? Seems then the board has the right idea, the players dont matter and are all the same, so why bother paying for them?

Yes Players being able to perform simple footballing aspects on the pitch would fall under the purview of a manager , if they can't meet those standards play the kids

They couldn’t pass before he got there. They’re grown men, professional football players, if he has to teach them how to pass we’re completely screwed.

Maybe next training he can line them up in two lines and have them pass back and forth to each other like 5 year olds.

Going off the awful training videos the club release, this looks like all he does.

No wonder we got outplayed by Doncaster

Bar a couple of them, I really don’t like this squad of Everton players.

They consistently have let themselves, us and their managers down with cowardly, disinterested performances and downed tools on managers before, so I know what Dyche is working with, and it isn’t close to average, but am I wrong to want and expect a little more from Dyche?

We need to see a marked improvement against Brentford from them all.

Are there not any randoms in the European leagues the club t could take a punt on a la Southampton and Poch?

Should have gone for de zerbi when he was at Sassuolo. I won so much money on that side he had there as they played such great attacking football and scored sh!t loads of goals.
But that would have been far to out there for Everton. They probably hadnt even heard of him.
