Needs to inspire a performance from the boys to capitalise on some favourable results this weekend.

Getting a decent result against the Arse sets us up for a good run before the next break.

End of the day a point here is a very good result regardless of how the set up is.

Trouble is though need to be far more on the front foot v likes of Luton and Bournemouth and mindset probably will remain nick a goal from somewhere and scrap out those games so can understand how that will test the patience of the majority.
