Setup with a more sensible shape today given what he had available, but massive gaff not spotting the inevitable Holgate brain fart. Speculation, but he clearly must not like something about Pattersons training or attitude. Weird. I think if Godfrey had got injured we’d have seen Iwobi at right back.

I get the need to rub the players egos and find positives that reduce the growing pressure, but it’s definitely time he stopped referring to the Arsenal win in pressers and post match as some form of template. That was a very long time ago now and was a bit of a smash and grab. Im glad he is here, and hope does well enough to stay for a while, but starting to grate on me just a tiny bit. Talking the talk, but….

Setting up not to lose rather than setting up to win isn't ok at Everton. Hes sending us down without a fight.
It might not be but you're thinking that you're the Everton of yesteryear, which.... you arent'

Dyche began his tenure after you were 19th and had just lost 3 games on the bounce - what do you want him to do with a depleted squad that aren't particularly good away at a team that's just won three on the bounce?

You've got some winnable games on the run in and should hopefully have everyone back soon. It won't be pretty but you can do it.

Neil Warnock has 3 promotions mert
He's also managed for probably 20 more seasons as well.

Your crap assertion was 'Dyche isn't a good manager, and he wasn't at Burnley' .

Well, he is and he was good at Burnley... That's why he lasted a decade and we finished above you lot multiple times on a fraction of the net spend/wages

I want him to try to win games and to get support up to Calvert-Lewin. He didn't set the team up today to get players into attacking areas.

At some point we need to score goals and win games. Not going to happen with these defensive and passive tactics. Draws arent going to be enough in our situation.

I dont think hes good enough to manage Everton and the last 3 games have been a big concern. He doesnt seem to know the squad well enough and is making basic errors.

Disagree on the Arsenal game being a smash and grab to be fair. We could have won by more. Calvert Lewin was inches away from one and Doucoure had a great chance with a header as well.

BUT

Says something that I remember CHANCES that we created from months back. We are STARVED.
