Dyche demands stamina, and Gray hasn't got the stamina of McNeil.
However, I don't see why he can't be a second half sub.
I don't care where the goals come from, or how poor the football is, I just want him to get another 6 wins somehow. If he keeps us up, that will be the time to have a look at the football we are playing.
