i understand the players and staff at FF have come in early today, hide in the corridors for to jump out when Dyche enters the building.
At the moment the media team press enter and release the announcement all over social media.
Not long now.............

The fact he still hasn't been officially announced as our new manager brings credence to the rumours circling that he has indeed walked away as they were unable to agree on the length of his contract.
What rumours? The rumours by posters on here with no evidence to back it up?

If he had walked away and we were in discussions with anyone else, it would be known about by actual media.

Probably someone has already said this in the oodles of pages of this, and the other Dyche thread, but here goes, anyway.

Not likely, but just conceivable, is that Dyche is holding off actually putting pen to paper till the club has acquired X players from an agreed list. He'd be doing this to avoid signing on, only to find that he's got no chance of keeping us up because the club sign nobody or utter rubbish that he can't work with, and then claim they'd done their best. Not a good sign, in terms of mutual trust, but just conceivable, as I said.

Released just 1 hour ago

Will settle some doubters and make you repent for your hate crimes

Interesting to hear about him talking to the new Burnley owners when they first came in and basically told them that if they didn't back him with new players they'd be in trouble. Sounds like the pandemic was pretty much the beginning of the end for him and that squad..
