They have approached the whole thing with one thing in mind: PL experience. As soon as you do that, you’re narrowing it down to accepting all failed managers. Look at the three main candidates;

Bielsa - relegation battle club deemed him not good enough, felt he was taking him down, sacked him
Hassenhutl - relegation battle club deemed him not good enough, felt he was taking him down, sacked him
Dyche - relegation battle club deemed him not good enough, felt he was taking him down, sacked him
