Yep, both games dead rubbers but another wee boost to the Co - efficient, Rangers look forward to the last 32 draw in Europa league on Monday and Celtic can look forward to the conference league and all that entails!!

My mate was over at the Lyon game, initially his covid passport was rejected at the turnstile, eventually he got in.
He usually enjoys his European trips but reckons it's just not worth the hassle at the moment.

Yeah know a few guys that sit near me at Ibrox who go to most European trips and they've being saying similar lately, won't stop them going mind you!

They could do worse than big Yogi, he did well keeping Ross County up last year, they could even put him short term whilst they're looking for someone.
I'm not sure Hibs would revisit Yogi although he'd lighten the mood for sure. Hard not to love the guy.
Jack Ross was a strangely two-dimensional figure. I was quite surprised at his sacking but I suppose he "lost the dressing room". It's not an ideal time coming just before another final. Hibs have a good record as underdogs though.

Yeah, will be Van Bronckhorst's trickiest game so far, good thing is he knows what to expect at Tynecastle so hopefull for a good result.
You going on Sunday?
Yes, I’m a season ticket holder. Some atmosphere the last league game there back in Jan 2020, a full house with Liam Boyce netting a late winner on his debut.

Rangers will be favourites of course and could really cut Hearts open if they turn up, but if Hearts get on the front foot I would fancy our chances. As I say, it should be an absolute belter of an atmosphere and contest.

Before Van Bronckhorst arrived we were starting games slowly and basically letting the opposition get a foothold in the game, that seems to have been dealt with since GVB has arrived and we're playing with more width now as well, Tav and Borna are still pushing forward but not as much as before and hence we look a lot better defensively now.
Going to be a tough game for us and atmosphere will be mad as usual, we need to try and score early to keep the Hearts support quiet, if Hearts score first we could be in trouble, but I'm confident(ish!! ) we will deal with everything and get the win.
