Congrats to you Celtic View on winning the double. A very disappointing end to the season for Rangers, but personally myself I like Danny Rohl and i think the board were right to give him another chance.

I really really do feel for Hearts though. They could have won it. They probably should have won it but alas they didn't win it.

You have to think if Rangers had started off the season with Rohl in charge they would probably have won the title, though the same thing could be said about Martin O'Neill.

I've thought for a long time now, maybe six months?, that Rangers would win the league. Ther collapse at the end was a real surprise, and a definite pleasant surprise.

I thought Hearts would fall away, but they proved me wrong.

They will now.

Commiserations mate and yes i feel that Celtic benefitted from some suspect and dodgy VAR calls in that final game against you lot.

Truth be the told the result should've been rendered null and void and a replay ordered, after some Celtic fans decides to invade the pitch before the final whistle was blown imo.

The Celtic fans went on the rampage one time against Rapid Vienna years ago. A replay was quite rightly ordered and the win by Celtic that night was deemed null and void.😉

It was a great season from Hearts though and i feel you are better placed than Rangers to challenge Celtic for the tile again next season.

What dodgy decisions, VAR or otherwise, did Celtic benefit from in the Hearts game? If it wasn't for VAR, Hearts would have benefited from a dodgy offside call that wrongly disallowed a perfectly good goal.

Celtic fans shouldn't have been on the pitch, and the ones who taunted he Hearts players were totally out of forder, but no Hearts player was attacked, despite some ludicrous claims.

The pitch was cleared in three minutes for the trophy presentation. Apparently, Pat Nevin reported that Shankland had been punched two or three times! Absolutely hysterical Scheidt.

I don't know why Celtic just accept the outrageous lies told by people in the media.

God knows why the ref didn't take the players off, and order an announcement that the game would be abandoned if they didn't get off the park, so they could play the final 25 seconds, or whatever was left.

Now To the Rapid Vienna game.here was no riot at Celtic Park during the Rapid game. There was nothing even remotely close to a riot. I don't think even one Celtic fan was on the pitch that night.

It was around 40 years ago, so maybe my memory of the game isn't perfect but, the way I remember it, Celtic got a goal after a challenge on the keeper which, even those days, should probably have been ruled out.

Celtic were then awarded a penalty after a Rapid player punched a Celtic player, and the Rapid players threatened to walk off. I think the game was held up for around 15 minutes, before the penalty could be taken.

In all the hullabaloo an arts hole threw a bottle onto the pitch. TV pictures showed it didn't come close to hitting any Rapid player, but one of them threw himself to the ground, and was stretchered off.

God knows how Rapid managed to wangle a replay of the game but, somehow, they did. I think UEFA initially ruled in Celtic's favour, then changed their decision after Rapid appealled it.

A comparison would be the Borussia Monchengladbach v Inter game, in which Borussia's 7 - 1 victory was cancelled due to the Italians claiming a can had one of their players, Boninsenga iirc. .

In the replayed game at Old Trafford a haf-wit ran onto the pitch and bundled the keeper into the net. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?
