No mention of the OF results? C'mon guys.

Celtic were impressive last night. Pinging it about a bit. I didn't see Rangers but they seem to have come back from the dead. As they do.

Tbf Celtic looked entertaining, a good watch.
Never seen the Rangers game myself but an away point is decent.
Hopefully for the coefficient these two might push on in Europe.

In fairness, Ferencvaros weren't a very good team.

While our games have been entertaining, we continue to make defensive mistakes that would see us lose the game against better opposition.

Expect a certain obsessive to post anytime soon!

I see Brondby are the latest obsessive haters who have made up lies, though some might say serious accusations, about the plucky newco, and it's hooligan support.

Why do these people all over Europe make up lies about TRIFC's fans? It's just not fair. :(

Yesterday's match between Brøndby IF and Rangers FC ended 1-1, and both teams therefore got a point and so on in the Europa League group stage. Unfortunately, before, during and after the game there were battalions with a group of Rangers fans in particular.

We have had a massive security effort in the run-up to this match, as Rangers fans have been trying to get tickets for the match over a long period of time. Rangers FC was awarded the mandatory five percent of the stadium capacity (1,400 tickets, ed.), and the away section immediately sold out. In addition to the 1,400 tickets, Rangers fans have not been allowed to get tickets to other sections of Brøndby Stadium, but despite ongoing communication on our part, over the last week or so we have had to continuously go in and cancel several hundred tickets that Rangers fans got their hands on in various ways. We have reached out to Rangers FC on several occasions about this security risk, as Rangers fans are known and notorious for their fans trying to get into sections they do not have access to, but we have had to conclude that we and copenhagen vestegns politi have been left alone with this challenge.

Before the start of the match for yesterday's match, over 500 Rangers fans were turned away at the entrances to Brøndby Stadium with invalid and fake tickets, just as ticket controls and the gates for away sections several times leading up to the opening of the stadium were attempted stormed by Rangers fans, which meant that Copenhagen's Vestegn Police had to draw the sticks several times to ensure that only those with valid tickets entered.

A large group of Scottish spectators were granted entry to Rangers FC sponsorship spots as part of uefa's demands for the Europa League group stage. Rangers FC was responsible for the administration and distribution of these VIP tickets. Brøndby IF's assessment of the group in question was that it consisted of "risk fans", but directly when asked at the entrance to the sponsorship places, Rangers FC confirmed to Brøndby IF's head of security, Mickel Lauritzen, that this group was sponsors of the club.

Mickel Lauritzen explains the incident.

Unfortunately, our immediate risk assessment of this group of Rangers fans turned out to be right. It was clear that this group was what we call "risk fans," and shortly after their arrival, this group hung a flag on the sponsorship sites, which can be connected to Rangers FC's risk fans. Then it quickly developed into karambolage with a group of Brøndby fans, where our guards and the police had to intervene and dampen the convivivis.

During the match, this group acted menacingly towards spectators and staff, repeatedly throwing beer at surrounding spectators, just as they attacked random spectators in the toilets during the break. Together with the police, we assessed that removing this group of "risk fans" from the stands posed too much risk, so we chose instead to place more guards in the area where they were sitting. When the group was escorted away from the stadium after the game, there was again uproar outside the stadium between them and a group of Brøndby fans.

Ceo Ole Palmå talks about good cooperation with the police, and praises the many stewards who ensured an otherwise good conduct of the match.

We had a very good and constructive cooperation with the police yesterday, in what was a very unusual and difficult task. We would also like to thank our hundreds of stewards at the stadium for doing very thorough checks by fans, which helped ensure that only those with tickets came in, despite the fact that several Scottish fans had donned Brøndby IF jerseys and scarves.

All in all, there was a great atmosphere in the stands during the match, where the South Side so showed Brøndby Stadium by bringing the whole stadium with them. However, it is by no means acceptable for a group of Brøndby fans to resort to vigilantism in the stands and get into karambolage.

It doesn't belong anywhere. We strongly condemn such behaviour and we are now reviewing all video material from the match in cooperation with the police so that we can identify the individuals who participated and secure sanctions, including quarantine.

Funny how supporters of Club 12 regularly get involved in, what the Danes call, karambolage. :)

Karambolage sounds like one of their lagers.

My best mate up here had got hands on a pair of tickets for him and his lad, he had them cancelled and lost a few Bob as a consequence.
The only time I've been in an opposition stand in Europe was Alkmaar and there was enough well behaved Evertonians round about us that we were kind of accepted and left alone.

That's the difference right there. ;)

The Club 12 supporters karambolage wherever they go.
