He's had a decent game linked up really well with Gilmour and McGinn, constantly available, pushing forward, helping to pin Israel back. Don't know what you're watching tbh!

….very composed in a hot atmosphere. Quality to join-in passing moves with teammates, decent size and athleticism. Trouble against a tricky winger and work needed on the defensive side of his game but it’s laughable to say he was ‘tripe all day’.

When you form an opinion of somebody months ago without watching, be prepared to watch rationally and not with blinkers. Benitez iclearly rates him and I can understand the interest.
