Scottish football

I think the perceived problem with Scottish Football is probably the same across most leagues in Europe, one team, massively better than all the others, that one team qualify for Europe each year, which means they get more money than the other teams and cherry pick the best players from the lower teams. Guess historically we are just used to it being more competitive (with 2 teams competing for the title) I think you have to go back to 1985 when the winner of the SPL wasn't Celtic Or Rangers, so its not a new problem.

There has been a big drop off in players coming through from Scottish football to the English Premier league, I'm not really sure what the reason is for that, maybe its now that there are less Scottish managers in the English premier league

Strange how Celtic v Rangers semi finals are the norm now the draws are more transparent
On another point my rangers supporting colleague was disappointed with draw Celtic again he said
Funny about 7 seasons ago Rangers fans would be cartwheeling at the thought of playing their rivals
 
Just looked at the league table for a laugh. Celtic 27 points clear having dropped just two points all season! That says everything about Scottish football for me.
It's just a shame the EFL won't invite them to play in League One; they could have a go against much stronger opposition!

Serious nothing, Celtic want as many titles in a row as we can get. sevco are not so slowly slipping into administration. Truth be told,most clubs in Scotland would be happy to see the back of them and their cheating ways.

Cartwheeling? Rangers haven't beaten Celtic in the Scottish cup in 15 years and haven't won the league in 6 years,1 year before they were liquidated,then came back as a newco(Sevco) also I'm not so sure about the transparency either, pretty sure they heat a couple of the balls up before the semi- finals so they don't have to do a lunch time cup final.
Tell your colleague that his grandchildren will be Celtic supporters ;)

Sorry, meant Scottish cup final ( although technically it was newco rangers that beat Celtic in the semis 2016)
