The only Scottish football teams I ever took an interest in were Stenhousemuir and Meadowbank( now called Livingston)only because they always seemed to get hammered

Haha I lived the first 25 years of my life in Stenhousemuir, went to a few games when I was a little kid. The McCowans toffee factory just outside ochilview was much more attractive!

Yeah you can always rely on the Warriors to get stuffed, they still weren't the worst local team though. That award goes to East Stirlingshire, just dropped out of the league now, I fear they won't be back!

It's currently being knocked down mate, passed it earlier in the week.

That's a shame, I know they had moved operations to somewhere else. The smell off the place was divine

scottish cup winners but still stuck in the championship of scotland.money talks i presume.

Yeah exactly

It's a step up in respect of the level they are playing at week in, week out. Championship is a higher level than SPL, never mind the Scottish championship. So he'll have more money etc.

No way Rotherham is as big a club as Hibs though, not a chance. Hibs are in Europe too next year so I thought he may have stayed to have a crack at it

Managing in Europe would have been an experience for him but I think he made the right move. He's left as a winner. After two seasons of not getting promoted, if he'd failed to get them up a third time he'd have been binned.

He's gone to a higher level so he gets to progress his career.

Ya suppose the competivness(spelled wrong i know)of the championship and more money probably swayed it and i know they were in europe but he knew they wouldnt go anywhere in it so i suppose these chances that turn up in england are to hard to turn down no matter that it is maybe a smaller club.
