The Pot Still has a grand pint of Guinness. Quite pricey.

Good selection of beers and Whisky and great pies ;)

My favourite pub in Glasgow.
Always found the prices cheap in there GT
Spot on about the pies CT, also they may only have only 3 or 4 real ales but they're always good ones, always have their malt of the month as well, we should have our next meeting of the GOT Scottish branch in there.;)

Defo :pint2:

Not sure what O'Halloran was thinking there. He tried to say that he asked the SFA for a single ticket in a neutral part of the ground. Then he's seen sat next to his uncle. Wonder what the chances of that were? Michael will have to play like Messi every week to escape the wrath of the 'people'........

What would possess you though ? Seriously imagine seeing any of our players sat next to their uncle and RS in kit on Kiev I’ll be honest I wouldn’t be happy .

If you’re a Celtic fan though I’m sure you’d be finding it hilarious.

It's the old "I can separate my professional life from my personal life" thing, which sounds very noble and all that but he'll have to be flipping Rumpole of the Bailey to get away with this one!

He probably did until he was offered a job that will pay more in a year than most jobs in Scotland would in ten years with the added bonus of a big pay-off when they don't get promoted.

For all Sunderland have been a basket case they’ve got new owners plus as you say it’s a completely different prospect than staying where he is . Potentially life changing for him both financially and if he succeeds professionally.

Jack Ross Sunderland?

Thought he wanted to stay in Scotland
Since moving to Scotland many years ago I’ve always been intrigued by the interchangeableability of Firtst name/ surname on so many occasions. Way back , 77 I think , I watched Everton u18 play Crystal Palce in the Youth Cup Final, and a young scottish striker caught my eye. I followed his progress for a bit but lost track as he never made it with us.
When I moved to Scotland I saw the name a few times but as it was quite a common name was never sure if it was him. Then after another move , I realised he had become Manager of Elgin City , got sacked from there but turned up next at Turriff in the Highland League, and I saw him in their dugout a few times. Sadly sacked from there too. His name : Ross Jack.
