About the Rangers job.I actually think they should make an approach to Chris Wilder. He has done a great job at Sheffield United. If they don't get promoted, then i think the board should make their move.Chris Hughton could be another good option. There's no harm in throwing names out there!I think a lot of managers in the championship, and lower half of the premiership, would find it hard to say no to Rangers.

Hughton the ex Republic of Ireland player
That would go down well
Alan Pardew is available

A caller on Clyde this week suggested making the top league into 14 teams with a first phase where everyone plays each other twice and then a second phase with a split into two groups of 7 where everyone plays each other a further two times, thus making 38 games in total

I personally think that is a great idea
Bulgaria uses this format and honestly it works great for a slightly smaller league like the SPL and our too.

We probably will lose today, but St. Mirren will win the league anyway :(
And we did.

Livingston 3 v 2 Morton

A game which we controlled for long spells, but lost 3 goals from set-pieces. As much as I admire the job Jim Duffy has done for us, I don't understand his tactics sometimes. At 2-2 he puts on Frank Ross, a winger, but instead of taking off one of the players having an off day, he takes off Gary Harkins who was probably our best player and unhappy to be taken off. Then when we went 3-2 down and desperate for a goal, he takes off Scott Tiffony, a striker, and replaces him with Mark Russell, a left back...baffling .

Gonnae be difficult to make the play-offs this season :(
