So this push is considered assault if it's against Celtic, but 1) why is the Celtic fan even there to goad the players, 2) if this was the other way around I can think of a few people that will make inane excuses like "he was protecting his teammate" or similar.

The claim was Hearts players were assaulted

Which is nonsense

They scurried away because they lost the game

The footage shows Shankland swung for a couple of Celtic fans on the pitch, which I would fully expect

The fans shouldn’t have been on the pitch goading him and given the circumstances probably deserved to get a sore face….

Don’t make up lies that their players were assaulted though and they had to leave the stadium 😂

They took the huff because they lost the game
Where have i lied about the above?

When you've been called scum, arrogant, and told you think you're superior to everyone else by the resident crackpot Hearts fan on here, decorum goes out the window.

When Rangers won the title a few yeas ago, I sent Corky a PM saying congratulations, and admitting by far the best team won.

I would have done the same to the count who supports Hearts, until I read his post in the last few days.

Now, after his mask has slipped he can, how shall I put it?, go forth and fornicate.

The cuddly Jambo mask has slipped.

As I've said, people should open their eyes up about that lot and familiarise themselves with who created them, why they were created and what they tried to do barring other clubs from existence and nobbling competitors.

They're up there with rangers and Liverpool.

Might be in a spot of bother yourselves mate.

I have no sympathy whatsoever towards the merchant banker who ran up to Shankland and taunted him. He shouldn't have been on the pitch never mind noising up Hearts players. I don't bame Shankland one bit for reacting.

I do however have a problem with Hearts lying about their players being assaulted.

If i was Celtic supporter I wouldn't be putting my head above the parapet to be honest.

Ultimately their name is on the trophy, job done for them.

But they were run extremely close by a team that had no right to be anywhere near them and but for 2 Var penalties decisions, the story could have been different.

The rubbing noses does actually come across as incredibly small time, from a club and fans whose club have won countless Leagues and European cups....And too Evertonians that behaviour is all to similar to what you get off Kopites.
Now playing the victim for their fans poor behaviour also.
