Beaton needing police protection is madness

Whether you think it’s a penalty or not, you shouldn’t be going after officials like that

Stuff like Boyd stoking the flames hasn’t helped
To be honest I quite like pundits going at refs and I have little sympathy for them. If Boyd fanned flames then good. For far too long referees are one of the few groups in society who aren't held to account. Obviously don't think people should threaten them. But they are blatantly corrupt now a lot of refs, I can tolerate honest mistakes. Not decisions that are just made to benefit big clubs. Its why I'm so against VAR, I wouldn't surprise me if fans do attack refs in near future. As I've said on VAR thread, other than Clattenburgs performance I can't remember any corrupt decisions. I've attended countless games and felt referee decisions were just mistakes nothing more. Now with VAR fans are right to assume there's more nefarious motives for decisions.

As you can read on here, it’s created a generation of entitled, arrogant, armchair Celtic fans that think that they are superior to everyone else all because they wear a Celtic top to the airport and for the next 14 days of their package holiday.

Let’s hope it’s a day for the underdog tomorrow. 🇱🇻

“Hearts, Hearts, Glorious Hearts” 🎵

You completely ignore dodgy decision that go in favour of Hearts, but when any go in favour of Celtic, it's not even that you moan about a bad decison that is bizarre, it's that you whine about corruption! Aren't you even a little embarrassed? 😏

Was it corruption when Trusty got a straight red card at Tynecastle? Was it corrupt when Shankland controlled the ball with his arm before scoring at Ibrox? Was it corrupt when Rangers had a perfectly good goal disallowed in the same game?

Ironically, Rangers fans whined about corruption that day. I have to commend whoever refereed that game at Ibrox. To be corrupt against the two teams who played that day is quite an achievement!

Was it corruption when St Mirren had a good goal against Hearts ruled out for offside?

Was it corrupt when Hibs goal against Celtic a couple of weeks ago was allowed, despite the scorer handling the ball? Was it corrupt when Celtic had a stonewall penalty ignored in the same game?

Was it corrupt when the Well keeper clattered into Maeda, and no penalty was awarded by the same officials who are now being branded corrupt?

Isn't it possible that bad refereeing calls are simply bad mistakes?

I wouldn't mind so much if someone had come up with actual proof of corruption, like say a chief executive of the SFA deliberately holding up the transfer of striker until after two vital games against his clubs biggest rivals. Now THAT is what you call corruption. 😉
