I'm going back quite a few years here, I think it was Dave Watsons testimonial v Rangers at Goodison. Rangers supporters were fighting with each other outside the Blue House. And I mean lashing bottles and glasses at each other. Classy bunch

Got back further. The shabite played Celtic for Roger Hunts testimonial and caused murder around the ground. But the got battered in town when word had got around and every pub in town emptied and gave it to them. Still not sure it's a good idea letting the sweaty socks play at the HDWe played Celtic one year and it kicked off in the brick singing ira songs my mate broke his leg crazy thought it had all settled down
Didn't feel the need to comment on it or condemn it though did you?If course it was. It was posted earlier.
Did you not see me posting that I saw some GB/Celtic grafitti on social media today. Just asking like...
Sound if true but aren't both supporters as bad as each other it's bloody childish
And we all know where that lead. RIPWhatever about the moral outrage.
Scottish football has been a brilliant watch this year.
Great to see a bit of edge and tribalism back in the game IMO, the English PL once had a bit of this before the PL got sterile.
I don't know much about ultras, but I think they're allowed to take the poles in.
I saw a photo of the Union Bears with flagpoles walking up to a ground, iirc it was Celtic Park, but I'm not 100% sure where it was.
It must be a permissable thing in Scottish football now.
I am watching Sportscene at the moment and apart from OF fans, I see Aberdeen, Partick Thistlec and Dundee United fans waving big flags attached to poles as well.
Right back at you.

And I am in amongst them somewhere and not ashamed to say it.
Uppa Pitch Invading Toffees![]()
O'Neill really needs to say something tomorrow IMO, his words hold an awful lot of weight with Celtic's fractious support. If he says he wants no more anti-social behaviour from supporters at games it might make a few stop and think you'd hope. "I didn't come back to put up with this sort of rubbish..." or something. Maybe I'm deluded, but someone senior and respected has got to call out these ultra idiots. They're giving Cetic's woeful board all the excuses they need.
McCoist should do the same tomorrow morning on his Talksport show, say those thugs in the masks who ran on the pitch shamed the club. That it's no wonder loads of great players and managers don't want to come to Glasgow when they scenes like that. Seriously doubt he will though.
Both clubs when they show their worst faces are vile and it's why I never ever want the OF getting in to the PL. They don't behave like football clubs, more like cults.
That used to happen quite a lot in the seventies. Not just trouble at the old firm game over the weekend, here QoS youths throw a brick through a Stenhousemuir supporters bus window.
I hope the little rats are caught and dealt with severely, slap on the wrist probably.

Apart from Everton, I’ve always supported Celtic in Scotland. Today, I don’t like what I’ve seen on social media videos. From both sets of ‘fans’.
Firstly. The pitch invasion by celebrating Celtic fans. I’ve never seen them do it in old firms before, and definitely not at ibrox. Where was the security preventing this from happening, especially after a tense penalty shootout?
Secondly, from videos taken from the broomloan stand, a few Celtic supporters can be seen going towards the rangers fans in the jardine stand, goading them basically. a few rangers fans from that stand come on to the pitch to square up. One of rangers guys is kicked to the ground and a Celtic fan kicks him in the head.
One of Celtic’s coaching staff is assaulted, with blood spattered all over a Celtic player’s top who was trying to intervene.
A steward is punched and knocked out by a rangers fan on the pitch.
A Celtic fan getting on a coach is surrounded by rangers fans, beaten to the ground and has his head stamped on 4 or 5 times.
Celtic graffiti in the broomloan saying ‘66 not enough’ in reference to the ibrox disaster. Celtic fans wrecking seats and LED advertising hoardings. Rangers fans lobbing flares into the Celtic end.
I can see fans from both teams being banned permanently from each other’s stadiums. To be honest, after seeing some of the sickening videos on social media today, I think it’s a good idea.
All because of a game of football ffs.
