I moved to Liverpool in 1982.
I have never experienced or been aware of any sectarianism. We don't need that rubbish here.
Not saying that there are no historical episodes.
I'm protestant, my wife and more importantly her family are catholic. Her parents ( now passed ) were religious but no one cared a joy that I wasn't catholic.
It's just not an issue here I'm delighted to say.

Initally, my reply was to someone talking about sectarianism in Scotland. I merely pointed out Liverpool's problems in the past.

I think some people in England think there are sectarian riots in Glasgow on a weekly basis. Glasgow is much better than it used to be, though I accept Liverpool has eradicated it more than Glasgow.

Oh no mate, you know what's coming now.🤣🤣

I don’t understand the Celtic board, if you are under scrutiny from the fans the last thing you need is to replace a proven manager who is stabilising things with a manager with a questionable pedigree from Canadian and US leagues.

Either he was a cheap option or they saw him as a diamond in the rough “look how clever we are to bring him here” strategy, it hasn’t worked.

The whole club needs a massive overhaul not just the squad.

Imo they should have kept M’ON till the summer, a couple of loans in January, during that time do proper diligence on the next manager to start from Pre Season in the Summer.
