Can’t be real, been reading that Preud’homme is being lined up as the next Rangers coach. Aren’t they poor - they would still have to pay 500 000 K € for him to Brugge and give him a high salary. On the basis that he can win the title with smaller teams like he did with Twente etc. Fake news , especially since he’d probably be candidate number 1 when Martinez quits.

Mate, we're all football fans and on this forum the one thing we have in common is being Everton fans. Please don't think you can't get involved with the discussion, debate is part and parcel of the game. On a lighter note...COYB get into this Leicester mob.

I think i better clear up something up here.St Mirren are not my second favourite Scottish team.I only said i supported St Mirren to get a rise out of you.The only other Scottish team (along with Rangers) i have a liking for is Hearts.I always liked those Maroon shirts and they had a great team under Jim Jeffries. They beat Rangers in the 1998 Scottish cup final and they were outsiders for the title that year as well.Their 1958 league title winning team still holds the record for scoring most goals in a season i think.Im just glad that Hearts are still around. That Russian mobster they had as an owner, Romanov nearly destroyed them.

Ha this was a funny comment on the video. The fella from Burghead should be following Elgin City.lol You'd think those huns would have the decency to dress well and have a wash, was another amusing comment.lol
You seen Elgin play recently? Every week there are coaches going from around here to either Rangers or Celtic, it causes Mrs blueloon no end of confusion. “I ve just seen a whole lot of Buckie Thisle fans at the bus stop in the High Street , I thought you said they were playing at home today .” “No my love, they’re Celtic fans going to Glasgow, they play in green and white too “. It’ll happen again in a few weeks.

According to an article in the Daily Record, he's won a trophy with every club he managed. The same paper also claims that he has applied for the job.Apparently he is very "excited" to work with a club like Glasgow Rangers. But still though i think after the Caixinha disaster, Rangers will appoint a manager with experience of managing in Scottish football this time around.A few fans are of the opinion that Graeme Murty should be appointed manager on a permanent basis.

Yes he specializes in winning trophies with clubs that haven’t won a trophee for ages. He’s a friend of Mourinho and they employ a similar style, he’s constantly at war with everybody. Press conferences etc are all similar.

Still seems very unlikely since he’s on a sabbatical and he’s quite expensive (one of the reasons why he was the trainer of the year of Saudi Arabia in 2012, unless he suddenly developed a passion for sand).

They say that Rangers have contacted his agent:
