No you have to be 2nd to have any chance

The most Everton outcomes would be for Scotland to finish 2nd and not have enough points for a play off or qualify for a play off and get drawn against Italy

You have to win, but Slovenia isn't a good team and they will be demoralized after their display last match - so should be quite easy.
