It's like Pardew, Hughes, Bruce and the like, failure after failure and they keep getting employed though tbf to Goodwin Aberdeen does appear to be somewhat of a poison chalice.
I think he might find similar problems at Dundee Utd, and I don't think he's the man to get them moving - I reckon they need to go a notch above these past few appointments and put their hand in their pocket for someone a bit better. Of course, it might be that they're thinking like we are with Dyche: get relegated and he's the man to bring them back up.

The guy at Livingston might be a wee ned but he's got them punching well above their weight, may be a case of horses for courses though.
