New rumour today about this lad from celtic, he scored 31 goals for them last season and i think Moyes offered Celtic double what they paid for him when he signed for them last season

at £2m i think he would be a great addition to our attack, especially if we do sell AJ, he's an Aussie as well so Cahill would have a compatriot at the club, which is always a good thing

Sounds like a smoke screen to me. The Aussie knows how to bag em though. With Hesselink leaving just can't see Celtic parting with him. I think Moyes is throwing his hat out to see what others come to the surface that he has made contact with. Turning the screw so to speak. Anyway, Celtic won't sell for 2 million anyway.

Don't knock Faddy, we sold him for 6 times what we paid for him so i was glad we signed him

2 mill for a player of his calibre? (mcdonald) if the rumours are true and we are after him..then its time to up the price..celtic would be crackers to let him go for so a low price. Personally I can't see it myself..prolly smoke and mirrors.
