for as much as me all laugh at the kopites, least they actually do something on the pitch.

Compare the two clubs,

  • both had crap managers, one sacked the other well in advance of them failing another season, the other waited until long after season over to do it.
  • One got a manager who is meant to be really good, the other got a very well respected manager.ex player in.
  • Both clubs had negative net spend transfer windows
  • Both clubs lost to burnley this season.

and one club is in a title challenge currently, and the other is in a rut and going backwards at the minute.

#JUSTSAYING we can take the mickey all we want out of them but least they actually turn up for enough of a season to get your hopes up, just a little bit. We have gone from looking good to hopeless in 3 weeks.

would you have liked to see a shared stadium in Stanley park mate?

if slippy didn't slip and Palace didn't recover they would've won the league in 2014, would've kept Brenda on longer and we would've signed Klopp.
They still wouldn't have won the league mate apparantly. They still needed city to slip up (no pun intended) which i don't think happened so they still would never have won the league.

It was just funny as hell to watch it though ;)

i missed the slippy game but caught the Palace highlights...utter gold! i'm convinced Suarez was laughing uncontrollably under his shirt.

One manager is in his second season and has been given more than 2 months to turn things around
aye but both have had full transfer windows and made at least 50 million in sales plus additional tv money to go out and sign players to improve the team.

and we bought players who by themselves might be improvements in their areas, but has not improved the first team at all
