If he's as bad as most people think it's only 5m Everton need to write off to get him gone, but as you rightly say, nobody will pay him anywhere near to what we do and that will be a huge problem.

I’d love this to be true.
For Spain u-21’s he was central of a front 3 with 2 speedsters either side. If we could recreate that then he might have a chance.
Problem he had is we were effectively playing 5 in midfield with 1 up top on his own and our front man was always isolated. Aguero would’ve struggled in that system.
(Although Aguero would’ve made a better job at controlling the ball. Sandro’s 2nd touch was often a tackle).

He may very well have. In the (very limited) time he has played for us though he has looked shocking.
In an ideal world we’d get a couple of goals up in games and be able to being people like Sandro, lookman, Klaassen on to get adjusted. Problem we had last season is that we were struggling to get 2 shots on target per game and there was pressure to try and get results cos we weren’t getting results. Hopefully that will all change next season.

football is a confidence game, don't get me wrong he didn't look very good but he was always overtrying
he was managed so badly, I remember rhe scored his first goal vs atalanta then got dropped again for the next game for DCL who give one of the worst performances from a striker I have ever seen
not saying hes a worldy or something, but we'll get about 5 mill for him so would just give him another go because I think he has got ability
