all this talk abar he's not cut it in the premier league, are we basing this on not being in the squad or 5/10 minute cameos from the bench at the end when the games already lost

should have been brought on against west ham @ 3-0 when the game was won, should have started in Cyprus if he wasn't going to be involved in the derby. I cannot understand why someone who is obviously talented but struggling doesn't get these type of minutes for a bit of confidence, just gets left out and told in press conferences that he's struggling, well ye im sure he is play the lad and that might change

If he had shown anything in training that suggested he was worth a place in the team, then I’m sure he’d be getting it.
As it is, we’ve currently been managed by 3 different people in the time he’s been here and not one of them has given him much game time.

Koeman played him now and then, but he was sacked for being a clown

Sam fair enough, but I think he's come in and taking absolutely no chances with his selections

even going of 10 minute spells from the bench when he sometimes cant control the ball, he's still a far better player than niasse, it's just how you use certain players

Was never ever here for the long term anyway. We knew this when he clearly had his heart set on a love to At Mad in the summer.

I suspect that's true. We got him on the cheap, having met his buy-out clause, and so could expect to sell him at a profit whether he succeeded in England or not. Doubt if Malaga would want to pay more than they sold him for, though, so a loan might be best until the end of the season and then see if Athletico or another Spanish team still fancy him.

he won us three points against Bournemouth like fair enough there

would say he's had more minutes than sandro in the league though

When we first signed Lookman he was bought for the u23's but he was really impressive in training so managed to get some minutes.
Niasse was written off and not even given a locker, the lad scored a few in u23's, worked hard and took his chance, if Ramirez had shown enough there is no way Koeman would have picked Niasse over him.
This lad needs a pre-season to get any chance of near a starting team.

There was a transfer clause for that amount in his contract.

So they could not charge anymore.

He probably would have signed for Athletico Madrid if they didn't have that embargo on them.
