Start him with Niasse whenever possible. Let him pick up loose balls Niasse creates from his none stop chasing of defenders.

I think you’re right mate.

Start them together and tell Sandro not to drop too deep.

Get the ball up the pitch and to their feet as fast as possible.

Different stuff will happen. We might even start shooting and doing shots. Shooting and shots equals goals in my book.

Yeah mate, I think they will cause problems because they actually move. Make defenders make mistakes and actually have to think. They will have to think where Sandro is because he is lively and Niasse won't give them an easy shift. Whilst Niasse is out I'd play DCL to the same affect.

...does hit a heavy shot. Not so sure about him playing with Niasse as both look to exploit space behind the back four and anything knocked forward will come straight back. Saying that, everything else has failed so I suppose it’s worth a try.

I'd start him today. He scored last time out, let's try get the lad's confidence up.

...wouldn’t be surprised if he’s involved to some extent, although I would be concerned if he’s given the loan strikers role. Unsworth says he’s been training very well, that could be a precursor to him having involvement.

Players can only get into form by getting game time. I'm hoping he gets his chance.

...he’s been very disappointing thus far, so it’s hard to keep picking players who don’t produce. Saying that, I dare say the same can be said about the likes of Sigurdsson. Sometimes a manager will have a hunch that a player might be on top of his game. It might be Ramirez’s time, it’ll be up to him to grasp it in the same way Niasse has.

I think the lad will come good. When he first started I thought he resembled Radzinski and week by week he lost confidence.

He still needs to work on his touch and being careless in possession. However he works hard, has a bit of pace, and when he gets himself into goalscoring positions he looks a threat.
