I'd have felt a lot better if Ramirez was £30M & Pickford was £6M, I hope that I'm proven wrong. But 10 months ago a
similar duet was Bolasie £30M & Stekelenberg £6M (2 great buys from Ronko & Walsh). I think we'd be in better hands

bolasie was still our joint top assister until near the end of the season.

Still loads to offer, he's a good player that people just don't want to like, his power, pace, and trickery helped us a lot, and if he's the same player when he's recovered he'll be a massive part of koemans team.

He'd have really helped away from home in the back half of the campaign, when so often we lacked any pace/creativity in the final third.

So awful he basically won us points several times this season, which got him called back in the national team.

Oh and also so awful he nearly won the WC and has 60 or so caps in a time where van der Sar was in his prime.

Bolasie cost £24/25m up front. £28m if we get top four etc. And Stekelenburg cost £700,000. Where the hell are you getting £6m from?
