Sandhills station

Genuinely baffled about how this has happened, I raised this a few years ago and got laughed at by a minority.

Wirral council have used their own funds to completely re do the Woodside terminal to the tune of £9m, because funnily enough it's actually a used transport system and tourist attraction

Steve is absolutely not fit for his role and neither are the members of LCC.

The station at Baltic is absolutely not needed with main roads and bus routes near it. Also the target market are younger demographics who can easily do the 15 minute walks from either stations near by.

Been too long now that Labour have taken easy seats and positions in the city, I'm a "lefty" but can't have the city being left behind anymore with these in charge.

If only Burnham got the role here, would have been a completely different scenario. Being a former highly rated MP has really helped his role as metro mayor for Manchester. Rotherham has literally tried to copy him and cosy up to him for his own gain.

Get rid.

All this talk about transport links out to the ground, is it a bigger problem that there is no car parking near the ground than the lack of trains available from Sandhills?
Yes and no would be good have parking but because of the numbers of fans travelling to the stadium trains buses ect would be first for me

…..hopefully somebody from LCC and more specifically the Mayors Office bring this thread and the ire of Evertonians to Rotherham’s attention so he can address the situation by way of a statement.

No idea when the next election is but he could well find his share of the vote is considerably down.

Labour need to go here because they never do anything for the city.

But Manchester always vote Labour and it's worked for them. It's the people we elect who are useless. Liverpool Labour not fit for purpose.
