Eto did well for Chelsea and he's a former world player of the year.

I don't think he's come here for a payday and will be a great addition to our squad.

I actually prefer the idea of a two year deal rather than one, that way he's got the motivation to get himself and us into the Champions League rather than playing for something that he might not be part of.

He'll do I guess. Very experienced in Europe and will be very useful in the Europa League. Hopefully he'll get at least around a dozen goals which would be a good return.

Should still be spending cash though, we should still have loads in the kitty. The Board haven't backed Martinez at all if they leave him to just get loans and frees between now and TDD.

The RS signed Rickie <insert swearing adjective here> Lambert for about 4 million. Add on his wages and then compare that to us giving Samuel Eto'o a contract. Chances are the cost for the first season for the two of them will be much the same. I know which one I'd prefer.
I am printing out this post and sticking it next to my desk in work

Every time a kopite approaches to speak to me I will first refer them to said post

Then I will laugh

(And probably end up in HR)

Anything more complex would be beyond us lol

Oh, hello.
As a reminder

Hi mate. Why are you trying to hide your IP address ?
It's generally not money well spent. Please logon using a more normal ISP or I'm going to get very suspicious.

Oh, welcome by the way. Good answer on PoP.

You have mail lad.
Don't ignore me twice.

I have to admit I am in two minds.

We have had these superstar players at the end of their careers before and it didn't work out well.

Gazza, Ginola. Mark Hughes.

On the other hand this signing really puts us on the map.

A world renowned player......so here's hoping he can do a job ;)
