2-- Dowell could be sent on loan
3-- He could be tried as a deep lying playmaker

@Zatara I think if he did come in, it would be for covering roles all across midfield - a deep-lying playmaker who also has the ability to play as a 10 or drift wide if needed.

But, we already have Gomes and McCarthy coming back and, while I appreciate they aren't the same types of player, it seems overkill.

We'll see what happens with this one. I personally don't see it happening, but I wouldn't be against it if it did on a short term deal.

Potentially yep.

But he could definitely play deeper if needed as well - he actually played well there for Sevilla next to N'Zonzi.
