Must be an age thing with managers as the older they get (Wenger) the less they seem to except any responsibility would be nice for a little bit of honesty that BFS has mucked up in certain games, players must be getting fed up with all the criticism although they deserve it.

Because that isn't the only route to be deemed worthy of the job. There's loads of names mentioned in this thread who have had little or no senior experience who have succeeded. I just don't think it's worth writing people off.
