As every second ticks by it kind of gives off an aura that his performance might actually be acceptable and something that requires thinking about. Remember when Chelsea binned Ancelotti about 10 minutes after his press conference for finishing second? How we wish other decisions made at Goodison carried at the same clarity of thought and conviction. (Even if you don't agree with the outcome)

Allardyce's biggest issue is we actually started off with a plan and played ok but we gradually got worse and worse.
