Well he’s been here 2 months trained every day and played the last 5 games! He’s as fit as he will ever be. No excuses can made for him.

There's no excuse for being that unfit. Hes a professional athlete and to put in a lethargic effort like that is totally unprofessional. He has to get sharper and there's no excuse not to. Get out on the training pitch and fix it.

When we signed him I said I thought it was madness giving him 2 years with an option, as I thought he had been out of top class football for too long for a player of his age. The only change in my view is that I now think it was madness to have given him any contract at all. His fitness levels are absolutely dire, he can neither run nor jump and is blowing out of his arse every time he tries to sprint. He’s been so bad, I’m beginning to feel sorry for him.

Freaking Teemu Pukki only makes 25K/week. I'd rather have him. And sure Pukki is Naismith of the Fjords but at least he'd run at dude and has scored a goal or 2 in the past.
